What is lime blossom (Tilia cordata)?
Lime blossom is the flower of the linden tree, one of the most traditional evening infusions. The European Medicines Agency records its traditional use to relieve mild symptoms of stress and of the common cold.
How to choose it
The flower with its bract (the elongated leaf) is traditional lime blossom; in tea bags, it is better if organic.
