Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give us any reason. Withdraw from the contract here.

How to unsubscribe

Let us know before the 14 days are up, in whichever way you prefer: with the online withdrawal form (you'll receive the confirmation by email right away), writing to info@vidaalnatural.es, calling 691 47 69 80 or in the shop. You can also use the form template below, although it is not mandatory.
Return the product within 14 calendar days of notifying us. You can bring it to the shop (Travesía de Cuatro Calles, 19, San Agustín del Guadalix) or send it to that same address.
We refund everything you paid, including standard shipping costs order, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of the withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait to receive the product, or proof that you have sent it, before making the refund.

Who pays for the return

If you bring it to the shop, it costs you nothing.
If you send it by courier, the direct cost of returning it to us is your responsibility. We will not deduct any other amount from the refund.
If the product arrived damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, the return is at our expense: let us know and we will collect it.

You may open the packaging as far as necessary to check the product, as you would in a shop. If it is used beyond that and loses value, we may deduct that loss of value from the refund.

Products that do not admit withdrawal

By law (article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), you cannot withdraw from:

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery: for example, cosmetics, personal and intimate hygiene products (menstrual cups, panty liners…), food supplements or foods with a broken seal.
Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as fresh produce.
Products made to measure or customised for you.

All other products can be returned even if you have opened the outer box. If you have doubts about a specific product, ask us before buying it.

Damaged or defective product

This is not a withdrawal, but the legal guarantee: you have 3 years from delivery. Check the terms of sale.

Withdrawal form template

You only need to fill it in and send it if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can copy it into an email to info@vidaalnatural.es or use the online form.
