What is eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus)?
Eucalyptus is an evergreen tree whose essential oil, rich in 1,8-cineole, has a fresh, balsamic aroma. It has traditionally been used in inhalations and balms when you have a cold, and it is common in candies, diffusers and bath products.
How to choose it
As an essential oil, indicating the species (globulus or radiata, which is milder). For the chest, a ready-made balm; for the room, a diffuser.
