What is arnica (Arnica montana)?
Arnica is a mountain plant with yellow flowers. It is used on the skin in gels, creams, oils and massage balms. The European Medicines Agency records the traditional use of arnica flower to relieve bruises, minor haematomas and mild muscle aches.
How to choose it
Gel if you want coolness and quick absorption; oil or balm for massage. Check the percentage of arnica extract.
