Suplemento alimenticio en cápsulas a base de melatonina, extracto de melisa, extracto de clavo de olor, magnesio y vitaminas del grupo B. La melatonina contribuye a disminuir el tiempo necesario para conciliar el sueño. Vitanatur Dormi Relax proporciona 1,98 mg de melatonina con una primera fase de liberación rápida seguida de una liberación sostenida que asegura el mantenimiento de melatonina durante toda la noche (7-8h). La melisa contribuye a mantener la relajación y un buen descanso. La niacina (vitamina B 3), vitamina B 6 y el magnesio contribuyen al funcionamiento normal del sistema nervioso. El clavo de olor es una especie alimentaria que contiene un cannabinoide natural llamado beta-cariofileno.
