INGREDIENTS: 100% pure, unpasteurised. Colour: It has a characteristic amber colour, often with beautiful reddish highlights. Aroma: Very intense and persistent. Evokes the perfume of thyme flower, with clear phenolic and spicy notes that denote its quality. Flavour: It is a sweet honey but with elegant acidic notes that balance the whole. A flavour that lingers on the palate. Crystallisation: Thanks to its high fructose content, it has a very low tendency to crystallise, staying liquid for longer. Allergens: Our facility only handles bee products. Does not contain and may not contain traces of: lupin, celery, crustaceans, nuts, gluten, egg, milk, molluscs, mustard, walnuts, fish, sesame, soy. Net weight 500 g. Origin: Spain. Gluten-free and lactose-free. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Ideal for the whole family, to sweeten coffees, infusions, yoghurts and desserts.
