Tomar 2 cápsulas al día, con una cantidad suficiente de agua. Incrementar a 4 cápsulas diarias si se quieren optimizar los resultados. Puede tomarse independientemente de las comidas, pero si se presentan molestias en el estómago hay que tomarlo después de las comidas. Las cápsulas deben ser tragadas sin masticar junto con un vaso de agua.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules a day, with a sufficient amount of water. Increase to 4 capsules daily if you want to optimise the results.
It can be taken regardless of meals, but if stomach discomfort occurs it should be taken after meals.
The capsules should be swallowed whole without chewing, together with a glass of water.
